Formation flying in a T-1...Fun, but it's no F-18 (I'd imagine)

So, I'm doing mission familiarization stuff right now. We are flying in formation, doing low levels and air refueling. It's all fun but the thing that would look the most crazy on video is air refueling (we are sooo close) and I don't have any of that video yet. When I do I will post it. Anyway, my buddy took this video of me out in front of him. And this is me out in front on a low level. We are 500 feet above the ground and going fast, not supersonic or anything, but fast enough I guess.

Cameron was in the room with me whilst I was checking the blogs and when he saw your blog he came running over and jumped on my lap. I told him that it was a picture of Uncle Scott driving an airplane and he was quite impressed. So...I'm thinking he's going to really enjoy our trip out to see you guys (and your plane - we do get to see the plane, right?) in a couple of weeks.

okay, one more comment...after I finished reading your blog Cameron said, "Can I go on Uncle Sock's airplane?" Nice new nickname, uncle Sock.

That's hilarious!! And yes of course a tour of the T-1 is in order. Cameron will definitely get his fill of airplanes that weekend....and of Zach and Ty!!! Can't wait to see you all

Love the videos! Planes and kids with ducks. Awesome and cute, respectively.
