One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, DEAD fish!!!!

(thanks for the title Anna)

Yesterday was Zach's 4th birthday. We celebrated with Aunt Anna and cousins Cameron and Miles from Texas, as well as our friends in Enid, Laura Ward and her boys CJ and Preston.

It was a beautiful day and I think everyone had a great time. Lots of giggles, screams, fighting, giggles again, and water! We even had a guest appearance from three dead fish!!! According to Laura they were "alive" when she arrived here!!! Unfortunately something happenned from the time she got here, put them in their fish bowl, and Zach unwrapped them because when he did, there were three floating fish. It was HYSTERICAL!

I don't have the gift for gab, so I ask that you please click on the link to "the Rawlins Family Blog" to the right of our screen. Anna created two entries of the day that will have you laughing so hard, you may even pee your pants!!!!!

It was great seeing everyone and I thank you all for making the trip. Otherwise, Zach would have had a very lonely fourth birthday!!!

See you all soon!

Happy Birthday to Zach! Sorry we missed the fun. Love the fish story. Maybe this will put the dead frozen squirrel out of his memory.

Yes, yes, the day was full of fun!! But, Just to set the record straight...the fish WERE indeed alive when I showed up and transported them from the tupperware to the fishbowl - however, when I raised concern about keeping the fish bowl in the box with the LIVE fish inside, I was reassured (we won't mention any names)that the fish would be fine! Well, later when the box was opened by the birthday boy....we saw a different story DEAD FISH!

From Scott to Laura:

I have no problems accepting full responsibility for the death of the fish which I did not even see until the moment I opened the box and found them....deceased. I accept full responsibility.
